We recognize that some customers may be vulnerable due to age, health conditions, disabilities, or other personal circumstances. To ensure we always act in the best interests of our customers, we adhere to the following code of conduc

• We will make reasonable efforts to identify customers who may be vulnerable. This includes individuals who:
• Are elderly.
• Have physical or mental health conditions.
• Have cognitive impairments, such as memory loss.
• Experience financial hardship or are under significant stress.
• Require additional support to make informed decisions.
2. No Pressure Sales
• We will never pressure vulnerable individuals into making a purchase.
• Our team will ensure all communication is clear, transparent, and free from complex or misleading information.
3. Informed Decision-Making
• Before proceeding with any sale, we will confirm that the customer fully understands the product, its costs, and its implications.
• Where appropriate, we will encourage vulnerable individuals to involve family members, carers, or trusted advisors in the decision-making process.
4. Refusal of Sales
• We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe the individual is unable to make an informed decision due to their circumstances.
5. Training and Awareness
• All sales and customer service staff will receive training to recognize and appropriately support vulnerable customers.
6. Commitment to Customer Care
• Our priority is to ensure that all customers, including vulnerable individuals, feel supported, respected, and able to make decisions without undue influence.!
